Lower Secondary
Preparing Students for Academic Excellence & Future Success
The Lower Secondary programme helps students strengthen academic knowledge, critical thinking, creativity, and leadership skills in a supportive and motivating learning environment.
The Lower Secondary programme prepares students for higher academic challenges through a balanced approach that combines academic rigour, independent learning, critical thinking, leadership, and personal responsibility. Students are encouraged to become confident communicators, reflective learners, and responsible individuals through internationally aligned teaching and learning practices.
The programme integrates modern educational approaches including STEM learning, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital literacy, collaborative learning, innovation projects, and project-based learning experiences that prepare students for future global pathways. To further strengthen future-readiness and innovation, students are gradually introduced to emerging technologies, presentation skills, communication platforms, creative problem-solving tasks, and real-world learning experiences that extend beyond traditional classroom learning.
Strong emphasis is also placed on leadership, discipline, wellbeing, academic responsibility, research skills, communication, and future readiness as students prepare for progression towards advanced international programmes and future IGS pathways. At Samha International School, we believe that education should not only prepare students for examinations, but also equip them with the confidence, adaptability, values, and skills needed to succeed in an evolving global world.
